Sd Kfz 8 Half Track
Designed as a tractor for towing heavy loads, the 12 ton Sd Kfz 8 was designed by Daimler Benz and was produced between 1937 and 1944. It had a Maybach, 12 cylinder 8.52 litre HL85 TUKRM petrol engine which produced 182hp.
Its main role was as a tractor for heavier guns such as the 21 cm Mörser 18, the 17 cm Kanone 18 and the 10.5 cm Flak 38 where it served on all fronts during WWII.
