Jagdpanzer IV L/70

Known as Guderian's Duck, The Sdkfz 162 was a conversion of a Panzer IV chassis with the High velocity 75mm gun mounted in a saukopf cast mantlet. The weight of the gun was such that the standard rubber tyre front wheels were replaced on later versions by steel rimmed wheels to reduce wear. Very effective as a tank destroyer, the crews would site their vehicles in ideal ambush positions making perfect use of cover and the vehicles very low silhouette.
