Cromwell Mk IV Cruiser Tank (Starter Set)
Starter Set includes 4 Acrylic Paints, Poly Cement and Paint Brush.
The Cromwell was issued to armoured divisions in readiness for the invasion of Europe. While the Sherman remained the workhorse of the British armoured division, the Cromwells were fast and mobile and used largely in a reconassaince role.
It was designed to be fitted with a high velocity QF 6 pounder anti tank gun but this was replaced by the dual purpose 75mm which fired more effective HE.
