Centurion Mk 5/1 Main Battle Tank (Vietnam War)
The Centurion was commissioned in 1943 to provide a new 40 ton heavy cruiser tank.
Originally armed with the 17 Pounder, later variants were upgunned to the 105mm L7 rifled gun. This Mk.5 was armed with a 20 Pounder and also featured stowage positions for track links on the glacis and a coaxial Browning machine gun.
