Sd Kfz 135/1 10.5cm auf Lorraine Schlepper (f)
After the fall of France in 1940, the Germans made use of most of the captured equipment they had inherited.
The Lorraine 37L chassis was converted in 1942 to carry the 7.5cm Pak40, the 10.5cm leFH18 guns and the 15cm sFH13/1 with the remainder being used as ammunition carriers and artillery tractors. In German service they were designated Sd Kfz 135. There were 12 of the 10.5cm version, depicted here, known as the 10.5cm leFH18 (Sf) auf Geschutzwagen Lorraine Schlepper (f).
