Sd Kfz 247 Ausf B Armoured Command Car Early Version
Daimler Benz developed the Sd Kfz 247 Ausf B as a 4 wheel armoured car between 1941 and 1942 based on the Horch 4x4 heavy car chassis. It was powered by a front mounted, 8-cylinder, 3,823cc Horch 3.5 petrol engine giving it a maximum speed of 50mph and a range of 250miles. Only 58 Ausf B were produced.
