Cromwell Armoured Recovery Vehicle
A stunning example of a Cromwell tank used by the British armoured divisions in North West Europe in 1944 and 1945 converted to fulfill and Armoured Recovery Vehicle role.
Cromwell and Centaur hulls were used in a number of different roles including as armoured recovery vehicles. The vehicle had its turret removed and the gap covered with armoured plate. A winch was fitted the vehicle was fitted with an A frame.
