Archer Tank Destroyer
New, detailed 3D printed kit. Kit requires excess plastic trimmed before construction.
Work started in July 1942 resulting in a prototype Archer by March 1943. The design married a Valentine chassis with an open topped superstructure over the fighting compartment mounting the 17 pounder. Given the size of the gun, the design had the 17 pounder pointing to the rear with limited traverse. The Archer was put into production with the first vehicles available from October 1944.
