Canadian Military Pattern (CMP) trucks were made in large numbers by Canada during WWII and supplied to Britain and other Commonwealth nations.
The C15T was developed from the Otter Light Reconnaissance Car using the Chevrolet C15 CMP chassis. Between 1943 and 1945, 3,961 were produced. They were used by both British and Canadian forces as an armoured personnel carrier - carrying 8 passengers - and as an ambulance (C15TAA).
