2 Horse Polish Artillery Carriage for 37mm Wz.36 Bofors
The 37mm wz.36 Bofors was used extensively during both the Russian and German invasions of Poland. The Polish Wo?y?ska Cavalry Division employed them during the Battle of Mokra where the fared well against the smaller Panzer I and II. They remained effective against the Panzer III and IV at ranges of 500m. Given a lack of motorised transport, the Poles used small 2 horse carriages driven by a single cavalryman to move the guns with the remainder of the gun crew on horseback.
