The Unimog U1300L is a medium utility truck produced by Mercedes and supplied to the Belgian Army from 1996.This kit depicts a U1300L in service with Belgian Special Forces as a long range patrol vehicle. These vehicle are fitted with a ring mount at the rear of the cab that can be fitted with a 12.7mm machine gun. At the front the seated commander has access to a swing mounted 7.62mm or 5.56mm machine gun. In addtion, two more are fitted the rear corners of the vehicle.
