The Bergepanzer 38 was a light recovery vehicle based on the Hetzer that was allocated to Hetzer units. It featured the same sloped superstucture without the main gun and was subsequently fitted with the same turret as the Sd Kfz 222. Similar to the Sd Kfz 140/1 reconnaissance tank, the Vollkettenaufklärer 38(t) reconnaissance tank was armed with a 20mm KwK38 gun and 7.92mm machine gun. Includes photoetched parts.
