Churchill Mk I (Wargaming Friendly)

The Churchill Mk I first appeared on the beaches of Dieppe in 1942 along with some Mk IIs and despite going on to be a much used and much conveted vehicle, the Mk I suffered from some problems not least of which was its weight and slow speed. It was armed with the 40mm Ordnace QF 2 pounder gun and a coaxial Besa machine gun. An Ordnance QF 3" howitzer was mounted in the front hull. The Mk I carried 150 2 pounder rounds and 58 3" howitzer rounds.
