Ford Model T Scout Car (M.M.G.S.)

The first Model T was produced in 1908 and was the first vehicle to be mass produced. The British Army used over 19,000 Ford Model T in various roles. The Motor Machine Gun Service (M.M.G.S) was formed in 1914 comprising mainly of motorcycle/sidecar combinations armed with Vickers machine guns. In this guise, the Ford Model T was used as scout car armed with the Vickers machine gun as depicted in this kit.
