Type 3 Chi-Nu Kai Japanese Medium Tank

The Type 3 Chi-Nu was an improvised Type 97 Chi-Ha with a Type 3 75mm main gun and a 7.7mm Type97 machine gun. Work began on the Type 3 in May 1943 with it designed to be able to stand up to the M4 Sherman. However it didn't enter production until 1944. The Type 3 Chi-Nu Kai was a further prototype with a Type 4 Chi-To turret mounting a Type 5 75mm tank gun (L/56.4)
