25mm Hotchkiss M34 Anti Tank Gun

The Hotchkiss 25mm Anti Tank gun saw service in the early part of WWII with the British and French Army. By 1940 when the BEF landed in France they had too few ant tank weapons such as the 2 pounder so the French provided them with Hotchiss 25mm AT guns known as the Mark I. Captures guns were redesignated 2.5cm Pak 112(f) by the Germans. The gun was capable of firing 15 to 20 rounds per minute at 918 metres/second up to 1,000 metres. The weapon was withdrawn from front line use by 1943.
