The BD-41 Armoured Self Propelled Railroad Car was constructed in December 1941 in Moscow at the Voitovich factory. It had armour of between 8 and 10mm and was armed with a 37mm gun and a 7.62mm DT machine gun. The Car was crewed by between 4 and 6 men and served throughout the war until 1945.
