Renault R35 (Early) - Poland 1939

In the early stages of WWII the Renault R35 was the most numerous of French tanks. On 1st September 975 Renault R35 were in service. The French supplied Renault R35 to both Poland and Romania. Following the fall of France in 1940, 843 of these French tanks were pressed into service by the occupying German army for security duties as well as being supplied to their Axis partners such as Italy and Bulgaria.
