The kit includes options to build a 15cm sFH 18 Howitzer or a 10.5cm sK-18 Field Gun. Like all the 18 class of weapons, the 15cm sFH 18 was brought into service in 1933-34. This was the partner of the s 10cm K-18 Bleiglanz, using the same carriage but heavier barrel. The schwere Kanone 18 (sK-18) was developed in the 1920s but entered service in 1933/34. The carriage was designed and built by Krupp and the gun by Rheinmetall.
