Tatra V855 Aerosled

Two Model Kits in Box. The Tatra Type 87 was a Czechoslovakian mid-class saloon car manufactured by Tatra between 1936 and 1950. It was powered by a 2.9 litre air cooled overhead cam V8 engine capable of 100 miles per hour. In 1942, the occupying German Army ordered the construction of a machine designed specifically for travelling over snowy plains of the Eastern Front. The Tatra V855, based on the T-87, was the result. Two were ordered but only one prototype was completed.
