Brand new, unbuilt and unpainted resin model kit. The kit provides a small industrial building in a state of advanced ruin. There is partial front elevation with a ground and partial upper floor. The ground floor has a large shutter covered window with a large canopy and damage to the facade with some exposed brickwork. The side elevations are both partial. The building has a partial ground and first floor. The front elevation measures approx 49mm long by 60mm high with sides 35-41mm deep.
