BL 8" Howitzer Mk VI

The BL 8" Mk VI was part of a series of British siege howitzers based on a mobile carriage and designed by Vickers. They were produced by all four British artilley manufacturers and one American manufacturer. It was capable of firing a 200lb shell 12,300 yards. In addition to the US, they were also supplied to Australian and Canadian batteries during WWI.
