Chevrolet C15TA Armoured Truck

The C15TA was an armoured variant on the C15A Canadian Military Pattern (CMP) truck design produced by Canada and used by both Canadian and British armies. The design was based on the concept of the US M3A1 Scout Car and arose from the development of the Otter light reconnaissance car. It was crewed by 2 men and could carry a further 8 soldiers protected by armour of 6-14mm. They were used in North West Europe in both an armoured personnel carrier role and an armoured ambulance (C15TAA).
