T-17E1 Staghound Mk I with two 60lb Rockets

The T-17E1 Staghound was a large, heavy armoured car designed by the US. The Canadians, looking for greater high explosive firepower rather than calling in artillery, field modified T-17E1 Staghound Mk Is by fitting two 60lb rockets on rails mounted either side of the turret. The rails were fitted to the mantlet allowing the elevation of the main 37mm to also elevate the rockets for firing. Accuracy of firing was limited.
