75mm IG37 Infantry Gun

The 75mm Infanteriegeschutze 37 (IG37) was originally designated the 75mm Pak37. It was constructed from the Pak35/36 carriage and a gun barrel originally designed for the IG42 infantry support gun. It could be used in an anti tank role, firing a 0.5kg hollow charge, and was supplied to frontline units in June 1944 with 1,304 being in service at the end of WWII. The gun itself had a distinctive four-baffle muzzle brake.
