T-50 Light Infantry Tank

The T-50 light infantry tank was developed by the Soviets in 1939 at the start of WWII. Although it was advanced, it was expensive to produce and suffers from technical problems. It's was designed to operate alongside the fast BT tanks which were subsequently repalced by the T-34. As a result, it's design was shelved in favour of the simpler T-60 and T-70 which were already being mass produced and only 69 T-50 ever entered service.
