Ford Model T Ambulance M1917

The British Army used over 19,000 Ford Model T in various roles with the Americans bringing more later on. It was popular due to it's reliability, rugged construction and low cost. Model Ts were used as staff cars, light cargo trucks, patrol cars, liaison vehicles, ambulances and even as armoured cars. This kit depicts the ambulance which could carry three patients on stretchers or four sitting with two more able to sit with the driver.
