Hawker Tempest V

The Tempest was a WWII British fighter bomber dervied from the earlier Hawker Typhoon. The Tempest was based on the Typhoon with a thinner wing to improve airflow and improve performance at higher altitudes. This lead to a slightly larger wingspan thena the Typhoon although later variants had the wings clipped.
